spoken like a true champ. i've been trying more than ever to live by these words, only i didn't realize it until this morning.  i've discovered there's nothing nicer than waking up early,  seeing the sun shine directly into my living room for the first time and enjoying a big glass full of this:

good belly! its called good belly! and its delicious! and its good for my belly!  look into probiotics; you won't regret it. 

on a crafty note:

i am suuuuuch a huge fan of what this lady, RESURRECTION FERN is doing with rocks and feathers and, well, ferns.  her choreography of nature is so fresh yet timeless all at once.  i've never wanted to cuddle with a rock more than at this very moment.  resurrection fern should be the president of my life, or at least my best friend.  if you really love me you'll buy me these prints one day. please?
